Our Chess Sets are hand crafted in Featherston, New Zealand.
We take selected marble from Takaka in the western Nelson province and have it finely crushed and ground. It is then combined with coupling agents and hand cast.
The resulting chess pieces are carefully hand-finished and painted to produce the detailed figures displayed.
